Future Hope

Twin sized boards. Acrylic on wood. These two paintings were inspired by the very cool twisting mist designs from the sharpie 'through the mists of luthadel' The subject matter inspiration was actually Tasha. One of her favorite subject matters is nature (flowers of all kinds) and curving lines. This is also for spring and the excitement that is going to hold.

These pieces were donated to the united way charity auction.

Through the Mists of Luthadel

Inspired by my favorite author, Brandon Sanderson. Flying through the Mists of Luthadel, a mistborn prepares to strike her target as the mists curl in and follow her. All Sharpie Marker. 18x24 inches.

Angel's Leap of Faith

This was very much inspired by the piece before it. I loved the white/dark effect used with the angel and wanted to expand from that. I sketched with a pencil and then inked, which was new and exciting but very nerve wracking. Overall I quite like it, for all the flaws I can still see.

I Totally Dropped the Ball

Hey, all, Natasha here. Yeah, I dropped the ball on this joint blog, but I am picking it up now! Forgive me please?

Photo of the "Hallway to Heaven" with a Blackberry Torch. This is the camera I will be using for the next couple weeks, sorry.
